Trade up and down

The right apartment is the same, except down 20 floors on the other side of the building but with a balcony.

So much better. I get fresh air, and get the morning sun, not the afternoon sun. 13th floor. The grass below is a garden/exercise/BBQ area on the 10th floor.
And I get to see the hot air balloons. Only about 3 miles to the ocean, so those passengers are brave.

And just in time for Melbourne's biggest rainfall in decades. Ah, summer.
